We retain your profile for as long as you are actively on the roster or until you request removal. If you have not been contacted or engaged in any project activity for 24 months, your data will be reviewed and may be deleted.

Data is stored securely on Supabase (hosted in EU West region). Images and files are stored in Supabase Storage. We use Resend for transactional emails. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
The casting application form uses sessionStorage to temporarily save your form progress. This data is cleared when you close your browser tab. No cookies are used for tracking or advertising.
