Talent Coordination  ·  London

You need the right people.
On set. On time.

Not forty applications to sift through. Not three no-shows. The right talent, matched to your brief, delivered.

Send me your brief One-line outline. 24hr response.

You post the brief. Forty people apply. You spend half a day reviewing portfolios that don't match what you described. Three confirm. Two actually show. One isn't what the headshots suggested. The shoot runs behind. That is what the standard casting process looks like. It doesn't have to.

The standard process
How this works
You post a brief and wait
You send me a one-line outline. I come back to you.
You sift whoever applied
I source specifically for your brief. No padding the numbers.
You chase talent for confirmations
I handle all comms. One person throughout.
You manage no-shows on the day
Talent is briefed, confirmed, and prepped before they arrive.
